Where he has the total number of hours for which he is available, he shall be considered available for the purposes of Regulation [F917 (1), 13 (4) or 17 (2)] for the number of hours for which he would be available on that day, in accordance with his availability model established in the agreement of his job seeker; if one of the circumstances referred to in paragraph 1 applies on that date, with the exception of the circumstances referred to in points (i) and (j), or to one of the circumstances referred to in paragraph 2, subject to the maximum amount referred to in paragraph 1 or paragraph 2. . . .
